Originally built around 1850 this property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite the Hotel Bon Repos on the edge of the old town, near to the church and harbour.

It is an ideal bolthole from which to explore the town and surrounding areas.

Sleeping four comfortably, the accommodation comprises a lounge with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor.

Tiled balcony offering a pleasant sitting out area with views across the harbour and out to sea, with the advantage of a canopy to provide shade in the summer.

The house is fully furnished including complementary wireless Internet access and satellite TV/radio/DVD.
It also has a bed settee which would cater for occasional guests.

Air conditioning is installed in the master bedroom with a portable ac unit on the ground floor.
The first floor bedroom has portable fans which keep it cool in summer.
There are electric heaters to each floor for use in winter.

There is a private lane to the rear, allowing guests to sit outside at ground level but there is no garden.

Close to all shops, boutiques and a variety of good restautants, nothing is more than five minutes walking distance from the house, including the town beach and harbour from which there is a regular twenty minute ferry ride across the bay to Saint Tropez.



There are two mini supermarkets within 5 mins walk.
The SPAR down in the old market square.
From the cottage, turn right up the hill and take the second on the left - Rue Hoche.
The Spar is at the bottom of hill on rhs.
The CASINO (not gambling) is on the seafront.
Go down past the Church to the main road.
Turn left and walk for approx 200m.
The Casino is on the left hand side.

You can buy pretty much everything you need from either of these shops.

Also, there is a large supermarket THE CARREFOUR in the town centre - 15mins walk.
Plus the biggest supermarket is another Carrefour approx 1 mile out on the road to leMuy.
These, of course are generally much cheaper.

  • La Reserve
  • La Gruppi L’Escapade (favourite for cheap/good/quick service)
  • L’Amiral ( good value lunch) Lunchtimes are usually cheaper than evenings. Prices from 10euros to 35euros.

The above are just a sample, all within 5 mins walk of the cottage.
However, there are many more and of course depend upon the chef of the day and change of ownership.

Ski-ing and the Alps only 2 hours away!


Number one must be a trip across the bay to see St Tropez.
The Ferry (Bateaux Vert) sails every 30 mins from Ste Maxime Port and costs 16 euros return.

The beach and watersports / fishing / boating / jet ski / scuba diving etc in abundance.
Even a yellow submarine trip.
There is a waterpark - ‘Aqualand’ and tree adventure for the young on the edge of town.
Plus three golf courses, within 5 miles.
A nice Church ‘Sainte Maxime’ and a gambling Casino in town.
In season there are regular live shows on the seafront.

If you have a car, visit nearby villages Port Grimaud and Grimaud, Gassin & Ramatuelle.
There is a regular mini bus service in town called ‘simpli cite’ which runs all over the town and beaches for only 2 euros a day.
